All products must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. To initiate a return, please click on the link below and have your order number ready. My Pearly Skin maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to have been previously used or for any reason we deem appropriate.
Please include your invoice with the returned product when mailing it back and use the return label provided through the returns portal. We will deduct the return shipping cost from the issued refund.
Experience our Product!
For opened/used products, please experience our product for 60 days before requesting a refund. We will not accept a return request for a used product until the 60 day requirement has been met. Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Opened Refund” and your order number in the subject line to begin the refund process. Include your name, address, phone number, email, and mypearlyskin.com order number along with a short reason for the return in your email.
Damaged Products Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. Email us directly at email@example.com with “Damaged” and your order number in the subject line to begin the exchange process. Please include your name, address, phone number, email mypearlyskin.com order number along with a picture of the damaged product.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.
